Written dialogue stays the default and covers every conversation in the game. For players who want it, City voices is an optional download that lets characters answer in their own words, running on the phone itself.
The AI only writes words. The game still decides what happens, and if a reply is slow, the written line takes over. It needs a 64-bit phone, and both model sizes are free.
